Returns & Exchanges For International Orders
We are able to accept return and exchange requests for international orders within 30 days from the date of purchase. We are unable to accept returns after this time period. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way. We are unable to accept return or exchange requests for any Limited Edition, clearance, or sale items.
International Shipping Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. We are not responsible for specific country laws pertaining to imported goods. Customers have up to a maximum of 30 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please email email@example.com to request a refund. We will send you an acknowledgement. After receiving an acknowledgment, (returning items without authorization could result in not receiving a full refund or an exchange) kindly mail your returned item to: Nof Alon – Bet Yigal Allon Kibbutz Ginosar 14980 Israel Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Items cannot be returned if they are opened, worn, used, or altered and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 10 business days unless out of stock, in which case we will notify you. If an item is out of stock you can choose to put the item on backorder to be shipped when available. We stock regularly. You will not be charged extra for shipping.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some shipping companies do not provide tracking numbers but we will notify you when your items are shipped.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your items, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will see the cost of shipping and you have an option to cancel your order. We charge standard international shipping fees.
If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When your item becomes available we will ship it to you for no additional charge.
